I am a food, drink and wine writer with experience both in-house and as a freelance food journalist. I specialise in Welsh food and culture and publish a popular Substack newsletter called The Welsh Kitchen. I also have a particular interest in Spanish food and wine and write regularly on the subject. I'm a member of the Guild of Food Writers and a judge for the Guild of Fine Food's Great Taste Awards.
